Our handmade, reusable masks made with love & care by the Hadron Epoch team here in the U.S. Our non-medical masks are made of 100% cotton with opening to insert a disposable filter. Our masks have been washed prior, sanitized with high heat steam, & are shipped in FDA compliant poly bags with protection from moisture & light to ensure maximum safety.

Care Instructions: hand wash with soap & water is recommended. Can be placed in washer & hanged to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Free shipping on all orders over $60 (United States only)
All packages are shipped from CA within 2 business days of the order date (except during special holiday seasons)
**Due to the current COVID situation, we are trying our best to ship as quickly as we can and still keep our staff safe by following the CDC guidelines. All orders will take up to 3 to 5 days before shipping.**
A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once the package ships

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of products shipped within the United States only
Returns of merchandise must be made within 15
days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund, excluding original shipping cost. All original packaging must be intact.
If a product is is returned within 15 days of purchase, a restocking fee of 15% of total sales may apply to a purchase of $50 of more. A fee of $2.50 for a purchase of $25 & under.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at shop@hadronepoch.us
For any damaged items, we will work with our customers to replace the items within 15 days of purchase
Once we receive the item(s) the charge will be credited to your original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable (restocking fees may apply)
Please note that refund will take up to 3 to 7 days
